We deal with everyone who comes to us for property in the same way. It does not matter to us who you are — what matters is what property you are looking for, and whether we can help with it.
Since 2004 we have worked with buyers, sellers, and investors across Lahore, from small files to houses. We show the same options, the same current rates, and the same transfer information to everyone asking about the same property. We do not hold back an option, change a price, or refuse to answer an enquiry because of a person’s religion, caste, gender, ethnicity, disability, or family background.
If two people ask about the same file or plot on the same day, they get the same answer about its current position. If a file is not available, or a rate has moved, we say so plainly, to everyone. If we cannot help with a particular requirement, we say that too, instead of giving a different reason to different people.
