The Properties page describes areas we deal in — DHA Lahore phases, Bahria Town, Sui Gas Society, Al Kabir Green, Lake City, AWT, Fazaia, and others — and each area links to a detail sheet (PDF) for that area. The blog posts explain, in plain words, how buying, renting, plots, and property files work. That information is general guidance, not advice for one specific deal.
File rates and transfer expense figures change often, sometimes from day to day. A rate you see on the File Rates page, or a figure inside a transfer sheet, is close to the deal price on the day it was put up — it is not a promise that the same rate will be there tomorrow. Always call us to confirm the current rate, availability, and transfer requirement before you decide anything.
Sending an enquiry form, or downloading a detail sheet, does not reserve a property and does not create a sale or purchase agreement. A deal only moves forward when you and we agree on it directly, after checking the file, the documents, and the current position.
