If you fill in a form on this website, we use what you tell us to get back to you about property. That is the whole point of the form, and we do not use it for anything else.
The enquiry form asks for your name, email, phone number, the type of property you are looking for, your preferred location, and a message. The contact form asks for your name, email, phone, why you are contacting us, your location, a subject, and a message. If you attach a file with an enquiry, we only look at it to understand what you are asking about.
We pass your enquiry to the team member who handles that area or type of file, so they can call or email you back with options, current rates, or transfer details. We keep it for as long as your enquiry is open, and for our own record of past enquiries after that.
We do not sell your number or email to anyone, and we do not send it to advertisers. We do not share it outside MZ Real Estate except where we have to for your own enquiry — for example, to check a file or transfer detail you asked about.
